  • You pay a predictable monthly fee tied to scope (services + endpoints), not to hours. No after-hours surcharges, no surprise overages, no consultant time hidden in line-items. After a 90-day onboarding the agreement is month-to-month, so you renew by choice — not because you signed a 36-month lock-in.

  • Most full-stack engagements go live in 60–90 days. Week one is discovery and credential transfer; weeks two through four are documentation, monitoring, and security baseline; the remainder is migration of help-desk and vendor relationships. You'll have a named onboarding lead and a written runbook by day 30.

  • Yes — we do this often. We coordinate the credential handover, document the existing environment in parallel, and don't require your old provider to cooperate. Most clients are off the old contract within 60 days; we'll usually pick up the slack at no extra cost during the overlap.

  • Compliance isn't a checkbox we add at the end — it's baked into how we deploy identity, endpoint, logging, and backup from day one. We run quarterly evidence packs, restore drills with documented RTO/RPO, and provide the audit-ready documentation your assessor will actually ask for. We work alongside your auditor, not against them.

  • Yes. We're a Microsoft 365 partner and a Google Workspace reseller, so we can deploy, migrate, consolidate, or co-exist either way. About a third of our clients run a deliberate hybrid (e.g., Google for mail, Microsoft for SharePoint/Teams) and we keep both tenants in sync.

  • Humans. Our staffed help desk has tier 1–3 engineers on-call after hours; first-response averages under 15 minutes during business hours and under 30 minutes for P1 incidents overnight. You always reach a person on the first call — no chatbots gatekeeping.
